When you place your first order with Kepwel we will deliver a minimum of 4 bottles to your home or office along with a water cooler or dispenser if needed.  Payment must be made with cash, check or Visa/MasterCard before or upon your first delivery, unless a credit application is submitted and billing is approved. 

After you have received your delivery and begin enjoying the great taste of Kepwel Spring Water we would kindly request that you to give us a call the day that you put your LAST FULL BOTTLE on your cooler. This is very important and will ensure that you don't run out of water before we can make a delivery.  

You can call 1-888-4-Kepwel  anytime day or night 7 days a week and if it is not during our normal working hours please leave a message with your name or company name, address and phone number. 

After the 2nd or 3rd delivery we can assess how fast you are drinking your water and suggest a normal delivery schedule. (Recommended)  Please remember that after your initial delivery we have a minimum delivery of 3 bottles and that you are welcome to be on a 2 Week, Monthly or Bi-Monthly schedule as long as you take delivery of 3 or more bottles.  You are Not Required to be on a delivery schedule and you will not be forced into taking 3 bottles a week or month. All we require is that when you need water delivered you have at least 3 bottles delivered and you call when you have 1 full bottle left.  Please.

If you would like to call whenever you need water instead of being on a schedule you can, however if you call when you are completely out of water your delivery may be delayed until the driver is in your area.
